To cut a trunk with support on one end

WARNING: Follow the steps below to prevent the trunk from breaking before the cutting is complete.
  1. Cut on the push stroke approximately 1/3 through the trunk.
  2. Cut through the trunk on the pull stroke until the two kerfs touch.
